Although Redmond Auto didn’t actually service our POS rental car while we were visiting for a festival from Las Vegas, he went out of his way on a holiday to point me to a shop that could help me. If I hadn’t been able to find one he would have come in on Labor Day to help us get things sorted out. Genuinely appreciate the mechanics of Redmond that came together (unknowingly) to help two women get back to Vegas!!

Hands down the BEST shop I’ve ever taken my truck to. The service was absolutely top notch from start to finish. Communication was clear, honest, and straight-shooting the whole way through. My truck hasn’t run this good in YEARS! It feels smooth, powerful, and finally fixed right after another shop left me hanging with it running rough. Alli is one of the nicest, most genuine guys you’ll ever meet, and you can tell he truly cares about his work and his customers. He’s got a customer for life in me. If you want your vehicle treated right the first time, with no BS, this is the place.

This place is awesome. The guy who owns it is super friendly, honest, and helpful. He stayed late at the shop to make sure my car got to me and even had it running and warm when I came to pick it up.

I took my daughter’s truck in there with some electrical issues and other random maintenance. He took care of it quickly and very affordable. Highly recommend this shop.

Amazing service! Very impressed with their insight and knowledge. Helped me diagnose a very difficult wheel vibration issue at a very reasonable cost. Will return for all my car repairs and am sending all my friends as well.
