I called Red's to check their current fuel oil price; it was up to .30 lower than other companies. Since I was a new customer, a tank inspection was required. To my surprise & delight, the driver came out the next day at 9 am! Both the office manager & driver were so friendly & helpful. Fast, efficient, wonderful service; I am now a Red's customer!

I just wanted to say that I had a great experience with Red's Oil. Specifically their Technician Department that works on and cleans your boilers and oil burners. I wanted and needed to have my boiler cleaned and the efficiency checked. They sent out Max to clean and check my boiler out. To my surprise the owner John came out also. They both not only cleaned my boiler but explained and went over every part of it so that I understood everything they were doing and how it all worked. At the end they performed a diagnostic with their computerized equipment and certified it was running at peak capacity. Red's has always been a staple to the Hillsborough County community. Red's always picks up the phone quickly. Their staff is friendly. The drivers, technicians, and customer service staff are always very helpful and definitely put their best foot forward when it comes to customer service. Today I woke up without oil and had some water around by boiler. Red's picked up as soon as I called and had someone filling up the tank within a few hours. They also got me in touch with one of their technicians to assess the water issue.

Just stoped And Filled up my tank. You don't see a full service gas station much anymore and it was a very nice interaction. I used the restroom and it was very clean and the whole intraction with the entire establishment was very pleasing and a nice part of my day.
