Scammed me. Charged me A LARGE SUM for something they said they would do and then didn’t. A couple months later my car was still acting up and I took it to another mechanic. I found out Red and Sons didn’t replace the engine mount that they charged me for. Scams, don’t go.

Honest and quality service! I was a bit paranoid about my brakes recently cause I had started hearing a very quiet sound over the past week. So I took my car in, and later that day they called me to tell me they couldn’t hear any sound that they’d be concerned about (but to come back if it got louder). They checked the brake pads and whatnot anyways and found nothing wrong. Then when I went to pick up my car I was told they weren’t charging me anything. I’ve also taken my car there for simple things like inspections / oil changes over the past few years and have never had a bad experience.

I took my car here for an oil change and it said need service so I got them to check it out didn't need nothing for real but they charged me $900 for a oil change I said is a funny noise he said it was nothing wrong with the car

They did some work on my mother's car. They did a good job but the labor rate was a bit high (that near downtown location can't be cheap for a indepenedent shop though) Edit: Boy was I wrong - They used a ziptie to secure the alternator on my mother's car, which my brother in law discovered when he was going to replace the belt because it was having issues after they supposedly fixed it (they didn't replace the top bolt and the zip tie they used loosened up)

Took my car here to get some things fixed, and the price was higher than other places I had been quoted. I declined service, and when I went to get my car back, they didn’t reattach my wheel properly, causing an even more dangerous situation and an additional $400 of damages to my car. Don’t go here, you can find a cheaper and better quality repair elsewhere.
