I had two tire instances back to back within a few days of each other. Richard and Daisy were incredibly helpful both times. Friendly, informative, patient, fairly priced. They went above and beyond more than once. Will be returning for anything they can help me with.

After years of going to the big-chain shops in Pasadena, my wife had a terrible experience being pressured into a $900 set of tires she didn't need. Luckily, she called me before saying yes, and I found Red’s Tires. From the first phone call, Daisy was a breath of fresh air. Her customer service is top-tier, she was transparent about pricing and had the tires ordered and ready for a Monday install. But it wasn’t just about the money we saved (which was a lot!). It was the genuine care. Daisy emailed me the second the tires arrived and the team even checked our sensors, the other shop told us they were broken, but Red’s confirmed they were perfectly fine. They saved us from a dishonest repair. We felt like their only customers. Truly a team that operates with integrity!

Very happy with the service they provided for me i highly recommed this tireshop..i will definitely come back when in need of tires ...if u need tires an on a budget they got top quality used tires at a good price ,they also carry new tires...theyre also big wheel friendly....this tireshop is a 10/10 ...this is the #1 tireshop in highland park as of now...i been to many of them here in the area an this place exceeded my expectations...need tires pay them a visit u wont regret it...
