My insurance company assigned them to pick up my car. After 2 hours I reached out to my insurance company who told me that they cancelled the tow because "they couldn't reach me" I've been sitting with my phone next to me for two hours waiting for this tow and can guarantee that they just didn't want to make the trip over here to pick up the car. I've filed a complaint with my insurance company because the tow companies they contract with SHOULD be more professional than this
I just want to say that my experience was so amazing, just want to say thank you to the guy who helped me, he was very efficient and on time. Made me feel comfortable and assured me I was in good hands. Fair price for how far we were, thank you!!
Called early Sunday morning when I needed help but it went straight to voicemail. Not recommending this company at all!
