Quick and complete they worked me in after a different shop went back on their word, after I made an appointment. Reece did an excellent job and they were very friendly and polite.

Walking in here feels like stepping into an old friend’s home. They were amazing, reasonably priced, and had the best greeter ever (Scooby). Scooby should be employee of the month every month. This will be our go-to shop from now on for all our car needs.

We had a tire blow out in Delco , NC today and we were unable to get the tire off. We were lucky that Reese Tire was open and they were able to help us. Mike was awsome and would not let us pay him. Such honesty and courtesy are rare today , thanks so much. You guys Rock !

I live in Wilmington, and was very excited to purchase a 2001 Ford Ranger here, and the people that I interacted with were kind and seemed very reasonable. After driving the vehicle for less than a week and less than 100 miles the transmission gave out. I had to have it towed, so I had it towed to the transmission shop that I trust to do the work I expect (Econo Transmission, a very reputable business who has helped myself and many others I know). I emailed to request that this company reimburse half of the cost of the repair, which felt like a reasonable request. They told me that had I called them first and taken it to their transmission people, they would have tried to help. However, my trust in this establishment is obviously reduced based on the fact that they sold me a faulty vehicle

Can’t say enough good things about this crew. My wife and I were on the way from Charlotte to OBX with our 2 yr old and we had truck issues while pulling our 10000 lb camper. Truck went into limp mode and we looked up auto places. The auto store across street recommended these guys. They rushed out soon as we got there and helped us diagnose and fix our truck immediately. They understood the severity and urgency and jumped on it even though it was after 5 and they had other cars there. Nick and Jeremy were easy to deal with knowledgeable and very fair. Truck ran like a top after that and we will be forever grateful for them and their compassion and experience. We’d have been screwed without them for sure. Just wish they were closer to home I’d use them every time!
