I had and continue to have outstanding experience working with Monte at this dealership. From start to finish, he went above and beyond to help me with every issue I was having with my truck. He kept me informed, explained everything clearly, and made sure each concern was handled the best way. Monte’s customer service is truly exceptional. He’s personable, patient, and genuinely cares about his customers. The dealership is very lucky to have him representing their team. I’m grateful for all his help and highly recommend him to anyone looking for honest, top-notch service.

Lot of miscommunication. When I made the appointment for service, one of the advisor told me that car should be ready by afternoon if I drop off first in the morning so I dropped off at 7:30 am and the car was not ready till next day afternoon. And only service advisor knows the status of my car and he was not answering my calls or communicating with me. So when I call the main service line, none of the representatives knew the status of my car. They said only the service advisor working on my car will know whats going on. Also, they didn't do all the services I told them to do. I added wheel alignment service and I don't think they did that even though it was billed to my company because I don't see any changes. Had a new blower installed for our A/C and heater system in our truck. Kevin took good care of us. Also, used their shuttle service to work and picking up the truck.

Please do not even waste your time with this service department. I have been given the run around since AUGUST about having my brake pads and rotors changed. I have a new car I bought from this dealership, but now I guess since they made a sale, they don’t care about customer service. I initially was told my parts were on the way. Weeks later they were delayed and still on the way. Weeks after that was told they were never shipped. Then was told they’d find the parts elsewhere. Mind you, I was never given a call back any of the times like I was told. I always had to call. A few weeks ago I got a call after once again complaining that they were in. Scheduled for today. Everything looked great except for one thing ... There were scratches on my headlamp cover. The Collision Department told me they could be buffed out, however, when I got the car back there were still scratches in the headlight cover. I was a little unhappy about this but everything else looks great !
