Not sure where to start. I originally was supposed to be going to a different custom shop ended up finding regal and loved everything about them from the start so I decided to use them instead. They were very kind and informative. Patient and personable. I definitely felt very safe bringing my Jeep to them. They did a Rough Country 3.5 inch lift kit. They also put knew wheel and tires on for me. Ended up getting the Mickey Thompson 37 terrains and I brought my XD series rockstar 2. All I can say is, I'm very happy with my vehicle. I was also very happy with the service and definitely will be headed back for any work I need on any of my trucks. Needed to install a tow package on my Bronco and Korey and his team at Regal Auto Care were able to get me hooked up (no pun intended). They did a top rate job on it. After they finished they had me come out and look at it. So professional. Highly recommend these guys.

Regal Auto Care & Tire was a pleasure to work with on my new wheels. The first set ordered did not have the correct fitment (my fault, not theirs), they test fit them upon receiving them, and conferred with me if I liked them. I did not. They said no problem, ordered a different set, and didn’t charge me any restocking fee. Great team there, including the technicians. Would definitely recommend for anyone looking for straight forward, friendly customer service and vehicle repair.

I discovered regal Auto Care and tire about a year ago when I was having trouble finding a shop in Auburn that could install my side by side tires. Regal had zero problem with it so when looking for snow tires last week I figured I'd give them a try. Even though I was last minute and in a hurry they bent over backwards to help me get the tires on my car before my trip. I went with their suggestion of the general grabber AT with studs. I can't say I've been happier with a set of tires, these are a very high quality, quiet and amazing traction on snow and sheet ice and even in the rain. Great shop to work with, you won't be disappointed.
