Sam was a great person to buy from. Pretty easy process and no dealers fees are amazing. I have some little issues with the car and they have been super attentive to them. Edit on 1/8/26: Originally when I got the car it was a smooth and great experience. The day I bought the car I drove it 2 hours home to CT when I had gotten a check engine light, called regal autohaus and they said they'd take care of it. I had the car for a week and the day I planned on taking it back to NY it entered limp mode and the engine started smoking and shaking heavily. They bought triple A for me so I could tow it to them and now they have had the car for going on 2 months, they were responding to me and updating me each week regularly but now I feel like Im being ignored and brushed off. Friendly and accommodating at first. Dropped it off without any of the promised repairs. Stalled for 2-3 weeks claiming he was waiting for the part, than told me it was a battery related issue rather than air suspension. The his brother told me again they were waiting for a part. I've had the car for over 2 months. They wont respond. I have ABS, TPMS, chassis and suspension errors, transmission noises, and now a check engine light. Now the tailgate opens on its own even at highway speed. "Stan the Man" wont get back to me. I brought the 4th precinct with me the last time I picked it up to make sure things didn't get ugly. WOULD’NT DO BUSINESS HERE! Should’ve done my research a lot of 1 star reviews on here because there service is terrible I put down a $2,000 deposit via Zelle for a vehicle. The deal did not go through, and when I requested my deposit back, the dealership repeatedly delayed the refund and stopped responding for long stretches. I was told the refund was “ready” multiple times, then new requirements were introduced last minute (including a “refund form” that contained release/waiver language). After filing complaints for my own protection, I ultimately had to go in person to get the refund handled. I have not had many good car buying experiences at car dealerships over the years but Regal Autohaus completely changed my car buying experience. The staff was friendly and sales man was not pushy. We were able to make a deal and happy with my purchase. Thank you Regal Autohaus!

Went to look at 2009 Mercedes SL 550, place was hard to find. Finally me with someone and talked for a while. Did not test drive as it need some repairs, convertible top and new tires. Went back after texting several different numbers??? Had a scheduled appointment to look at another car 2009 Volkswagen Jetta, confirmed the car was available for showing, drove 2 hours only to be told a different address 15 minutes away from last place they were. Got there and they said the car was not available. I was not happy and even showed them the text from whoever manages the texts, that they said it was available.
