These guys are seriously the best in town. A few weeks ago I got rear ended pretty gnarly. initially went with a shop recommended by insurance and they were absolutely horrible. Gave me the run around from 3 different people, told me the parts would take minimum 30 days to even arrive, and gave me attitude when I brought up that I was getting so much conflicting information. so I nixed the recommended shop and went back to Regal, as I've worked with them in the past. Kirk got my car inspected, prepped and had the work order approved in 1 hour for me. They got my car done in 10 days! Great place. Very friendly, accommodating and attentive to your situation and needs. I've been here three times now and each time they are so helpful with the process for dealing with the insurance, rental, claim and repair. I feel more comfortable and at ease despite the accidents that brought me in the first place. Never had any problems here. If it were a restaurant, it would be my number one place to grab a bite.

The staff at Regal collision is amazing! This is the third time I have taken my car into their auto body shop since 2010. Every time they deliver and the process is easy. Recently I was involved in a hit and run and the insurance company I was dealing with was a pain to work with. I brought these guys my new to me 2017 Porsche Boxster that had solvent damage from transport to the paint of the front clip and one of the headlights. They did a great job on preparing and re-spraying, the match is perfect and the car looks brand new. It was an insurance claim and the team at Regal Collision facilitated both the claim correspondence and Porsche dealership reprogramming of the headlights. When I picked up the car, it was beautiful.

I was a happy long time regal collition repair costumer but when I took my car for repair body and paint last year they told they had a missing roof part so they gave me an incomplete repair job I was calling every 2 months but my part never came I went over to fix another problem that I had and tell them about that part this 2 guys Tim and bill really make me feel like I was a liar they say they went over the photos and said they give me a complete job they were kind of making fun our my situation regal collision used to be good in the past I trust them and they broke that I told them the universe I’ll give me the reason at the end they didn’t care I will recommend 0% this place is not a trustworthy place to take your car! Is sad how they made me feel as a longtime loyal costumer…i felt
