I recently called to schedule service and was able to find an available appointment very easily. I came in for an oil and filter change, and the entire service experience was excellent. Deadre was especially great as he walked me through everything clearly, kept me updated, and made the whole visit smooth and stress‑free. I really appreciated his professionalism and friendly attitude, and I’ll definitely be coming back because of the great service I received.

I brought my car in for regular maintenance and possible major service. Armando and the Service manager Aaron listened to my issues and offered an diagnostic test while the maintenance was being completed to hopefully avoid the major repair. Their diligence and communication with Mark, the auto technician, eliminated other unknown issues and verified i would need the major repair. They made it happen and my vehicle is back up to full performance levels and they worked with my budget. These gentlemen are top notch and provide excellent service.

I made a quick phone call to Regal where I have purchased 3 cars in the last two years, to get my first oil change. Once again, I received stellar service. My service advisor, Chris, was prompt and professional. He went above and beyond to meet my expectations and I left a satisfied customer with another happy experience. Thanks for the memories!

Having moved here recently, I didn’t have any relationship with a mechanic. I decided to try Regal so made an appointment to talk with a manager about how I feel about Trust and Honesty - no bs about unnecessary repairs.
