We all have disappointments in life, but today was high on my list. I went to Reggie Jackson Airport Honda to either purchase my own trunk torsion bar or have them replace it. When I drove into their service area and got out of my car, I slipped on the extremely wet floor and fell hard to the ground. A staff member asked if I was OK, and I said, “I’m not sure what hurts the most.” I was in pain from my forehead down to my knee—including my wrist, hands, shoulder, back, and elbow. Despite this, I was simply escorted to the parts department by another staff member, as though nothing had happened. While at the parts counter I had him take a picture of me with my phone to show how I looked (wet from my shoulder down). I even had to discover later that I had a black mark on my forehead (clearly

Today I adjusted my rearview mirror and it loosened and dropped in my hand. I was running errands and went right over to Reggie Jackson Honda without an appointment.
