I want to thank Jenifer in the body shop. She kept me informed on every step my car went through. We got it a day earlier than Jenifer expected. The work that was done on my 2026 Grand Highlander was so perfect you can’t tell that a deer hit my passenger side door. Thank you again Jenifer. Your team did great.

You need to make sure ALL the parts are working correctly before you take the car home. As I was driving away my radio wasn't working I had to turn back. Only to find out 2 wires were never connected. Then I get home to find out my rear hatch door isn't opening hands free anymore. So im too busy to take it back this is an inconvenience. The car should have been checked by the supervisor to make sure everything works as it supposed too.
