Register RV Center

Their RV parts department are awesome! They're very knowledgeable and they're so helpful. I've been going to them for a few years since I got the camper and they've always had whatever I needed and parts. They're very helpful when I have a question or see if they have a part in stock. Billy Dodd, so go helpful and friendly. I joke on the phone when I call and said, "we're getting to have a relationship here"😂 due to the fact I call quite frequently. I definitely would recommend this place. It's on 50 in Brooksville.

Called for service. Talked with a fellow named Jim, who seemed to be in a bad mood, and though I was extremely friendly with him, he seemed uninterested in helping me, and quite gruff. Really put me off. If he is this unhelpful and uninterested in fixing my motorhome BEFORE I become a customer. I can only imagine how he will treat me once I have my beloved RV in his possession and at his mercy for fair treatment. I can get this sort of treatment from the fools at Camping World.. Caveat Emptor! Further: After this posting, the business owner posted a response that had absolutely nothing to do with my complaint/review. FIVE STARS!!! I've been doing business with John at Register RV now for over 10 years. He and his staff are a blessing to work with. I have a custom Kenworth with an RV style sleeper bunk. Since 2015, they've installed a couple AC units and a MaxAir roof vent fan. They do the job right the first time! I highly recommend this service center. When I retire, I look forward to purchasing my 5th wheel from them. Thanks guys!!!

The people there are very nice, I have only used the RV section and I dumped my tank there they charge for it but not overly and it's super convenient. I've had work done there as well and it's not cheap obviously it's a dealership but the people are great and I've never been left feeling I was ripped off.. and that's huge!

Called multiple times Saturday morning was transferred to the RV center multiple times with no answer Ask the receptionist if they were open, she replied yes and that they sold propane drove over an hour just to be told they do not dispense propane on Saturdays After I clearly Stated I needed propane that all could’ve been avoided if they would’ve just answered the phone the first four or five times I’ve called. Appreciate the waste of fuel in my motorhome and waste of my time.
