I’ve been to Reid Auto a few different times — engine diagnostics, inspection, and most recently a rear bumper replacement. Every visit has been a great experience. They’re thorough, explain things clearly, and don’t try to upsell you on things you don’t need. The bumper looks excellent, and everything was done at a fair, reasonable price. It’s hard to find an honest, reliable shop these days, but this is definitely one of them. Highly recommend.

Jim Reid is the most honest, caring person. On several occasions he’s done repairs to my old car, and he takes care of my new car. He will go out of his way to help anyone in need of car repairs. He runs a very successful business that he has built from the ground to where he is now. Honest, sincere, trustworthy and a very funny guy! Best place to go for all your car repairs ❤️

This is my in laws shop, and I see first hand the absolute dedication that my father in law Jim Reid brings to his shop and his customers. He takes such pride in his business that he has built from the ground up; he is there everyday, rain, snow, or sun and the only time he closes is for holidays for his family and grandchildren to be together. This shop is his pride and joy. Making his customers happy and knowing their car is done correctly is the reason he does this at all. I would never trust another person with my car in my entire life, other than this man. 10/10 service, and an even better man! Take your car here if you’d like the job done right, at a price that won’t kill your wallet!!!!

Was so caught off guard I actually Got cursed out for asking for an oil change the disrespect that comes with this business is unbelievable. If you are looking to get anything done at this place I would recommend you to go somewhere else. Customer service is the worst ever seen been going here for a few years there has to be someone that’s ruining this business single handily. Worst experience in all my years don’t know how this business keeps open but never again l

Was very happy with my experience, got my oil change and brakes done there. Jimbo’s a sweetheart and very good with his hands;)
