Reid is an honest hard working mechanic with fair pricing and an emphasis on explaining what has happened to your car not just recommending parts. If you are tired of getting abused and taken advantage of by the "Big" mechanics than I suggest you give him a call. He has fixed a whole bunch of my Toyota's and I have never had to bring the car back for a an issue that was not fixed correctly. If you have ever taken a car to the mechanic and had them say it was 1 thing when in fact it wasn't fixed correctly the first time then you should try Reid because he spends the time and energy making sure he is diagnosing the problem correctly the first time. Reid is an excellent and trustworthy mechanic. He walked me through everything and explained the condition of the suspension, drivetrain, and fluids clearly. He performed a transmission drain & fill and serviced the front diff, rear diff, and transfer case at a very fair price. He gave honest recommendations on what can wait and what needs immediate attention. It’s rare to find a shop this transparent and knowledgeable.
