My brakes tarted grinding metal on metal coming down from Georgia heading to my nieces wedding. I called Reilly’s they were able to make an appointment that afternoon. I dropped it off. Shortly after they sent me a breakdown of issues with truck with photos and descriptions very easy to understand. They identified other issues with truck with my steering and did a great job at advising me as well as giving me realistic timing. I decided to just to the brakes there as I had to get back and he was able to get it done when he said he could and helped understand steering issue and what to do about it. Everyone there was very professional, shop was clean and spacious. I appreciated the clarity kindness and thorough job. Also he thought we’d have to do the calipers so the original quote

My experience at Reilly Auto Repair was about as good as one could expect when the unforseen happens. Driving to work Monday, following Thanksgiving weekend, an ABS and Parking Brake notification came up on my dashboard, and shortly thereafter my brakes went out. I pulled into a gas station to troubleshoot the situation. I went the manual and found no answers (other than take it to a dealer), and to make matters worse, while sitting there my parking brake became engaged and wouldn't release. I was legitimately stranded and in need of a tow. I made some calls, arranged a tow, and contacted Reilly explaining my situation. Truly a great mechanic. Had a leak at my pinion seal. I called Saturday morning at 930, brought it to Reilly at 10, they put it on the rack immediately, had it diagnosed by 10:30 and provided an estimate. They had it repaired by 3pm, same day, with GM parts, and actually charged me $50 less than the estimate which was already a great price. Front office staff was extremely polite, called me multiple times to give me an update. The shop was very clean, waiting room comfortable. No BS. Reilly is my new mechanic!

I’m a Local Guide and had an awesome experience with Reilly auto repair. Glenn was my service advisor & he explained everything and he helped me find towing when I was stuck. Really appreciate the help there! Also I thought my transmission was blown but it turned out to be a bad injector and they fixed it fast. The mechanic’s have decades of experience and the staff is nice and helps you out! Good honest people here! Definitely recommend.

I walked into Reilly Automotive last Thursday unannounced and without an appointment. The low tire pressure light had just come on for my right rear tire. I could see the nail in the tire and was expecting a simple tire patch. Within 5 minutes of my arrival, My truck had been inspected. Unfortunately, There were several nails in my tire and it wasn’t safe to patch. They ordered me a new tire and replaced it ASAP. The price was fair and the service was professional. I will be a customer for life! I have already referred a friend to them.
