I want to warn anyone considering doing business with this dealership: do not send them any deposits or money under any circumstances. They are using inventory photos and listings from a legitimate Austin dealership to scam unsuspecting buyers. Once you send them money, it is gone, you will never see it again. This type of scam is unfortunately becoming more common in the dealership industry, and we need to be vigilant to protect others from falling victim. Always verify the dealership’s physical location and check that the vehicles they are advertising actually exist in their inventory. Ask for FaceTime calls to see the actual car. Stay safe and don’t get caught in this trap.

I go here for vehicle tax, title and tag notary services. Tom knows what he is doing. He gets you in and out without delay and doesn't charge the outrageous prices some of the other places charge. I highly recommend him.

I bought a vehicle here about a month and half ago, my mother and I explained to him how I was heading back to school and I needed a good car, I found one there I really liked which we ended up purchasing. However, the day after it didn’t start anymore and I was stuck at Walmart parking lot, it ended up needing a new battery which Tom kindly paid for but then after 2 weeks it needed brakes and rotors replaced they were completely damaged which couldn’t of been something I caused considering I only had it for 2 weeks. I can’t even put windshield washer fluid in it because there’s a hole in that, that needs replaced. My mother has purchased vehicles here before and they were in perfect condition nothing was wrong so I’m not sure how someone with a good reputation would sell a car with these

I bought my first vehicle there a little while ago. He was very nice and helpful. I test drove four or five trucks before I finally picked the one I wanted, and he was fine with that. He has very fair prices, as well.

Tom has always tried to get the best vehicle when for me every time. I had to get a few cars over the last few years because of the extra miles I drive and how I am treated as a customer is like as if we were friends for a lifetime, even though I only knew him for about 10 years.
