Reinhardts German Auto Haus

1st time to take this particular vehicle to Reinhardt's for service but I've had others as well. I was able to speak with the actual technician that worked on it who made me aware of a couple of items to monitor and who didn't immediately try to upsell more more services. I truly appreciate not having to deal with a "service advisor" who knows little or nothing about my vehicle. If you need service for your German-brand vehicle stop searching and make an appointment. You will not be disappointed.

Fair and honest mechanics are hard to find, and the folks at Reihardt's fit the bill. They do excellent work and they don't attempt to gauge or arbitrarily upsell. I've used them twice now to work on my son's VW Jetta. I couldn't be more pleased with the work and the fair price they charged. Highly recommended!

I have a mercedes gls and I needed the A-1 service and the staff at Reinhardts German Auto Haus were very nice and informative. My car ended up needing brake pads and rotor replacement. They did this quickly and efficiently on the same day! The cost was very reasonable. I have a new auto shop for my car!!!

It has been a year and a half or so since I dropped off my son’s C320 that was having an issue starting up in the cold and possibly already had a check engine light at the time as well (can’t remember). I expected to drop it off for a week or few. Instead, they had the car for about 6 MONTHS. Yes, you read that correctly. I’d call for updates, and there would be some new story about what they’d tried etc. Not going to bore anyone with all the details, but my son ended up buying himself a new car because they failed to fix it.
