I’ve been using Reiters now for 5 years for general maintenance on my vehicle. Recently I had an issue where my car would randomly loose throttle while I am driving and turn on all the lights on my dash. After sitting on the side of the road for close to an hour my car would start and run like nothing happened and erase any codes present. Kyle and his staff replaced the alternator and battery. My car ran great with no problems for two weeks and then I got stuck on the side of the road again with the same issue. I had the opportunity to drive a different vehicle so that Kyle and his staff could keep my car until it acted up on them. It took almost a month for my car to finally show itself. They admitted the alternator was never the issue and they fixed the problem for just the cost of the

Wish I could give 0 stars. Did not have great experience with this place. I drive a 2014 Jeep Compass and I’ve been dealing with my traction control light blinking and when that happens I can not give my car gas. It struggles to accelerate. I took my car there a few months ago and they told me it was running fine and didn’t have any issues. As soon as I picked it up, the light was blinking so I took it back to the shop and had one of the mechanics drive with me while it was happening. He said he would do some research so we scheduled an appointment 2 weeks after that. I took my car there for my appointment on July 8th and didn’t get it back until July 24th after I was the one reaching out with no phone call from them with any sort of updates.
