Absolutely do NOT recommend. Rude. Terrible customer service which is sad because they use to do a pretty good job. Very disappointed. The attitude we just got on the phone is ridiculously unprofessional. Will not use again!

Had been with this company for a while and they used to be really good. However, I’d no longer recommend. They have gone down hill horribly. Called because my rates kept going up and usually with most they would offer to take a look and see what can be done or written through another company. Nope. Just oh the company we have your policy is written through will no longer be covering your state and someone should contact you after the first of the year! Well that doesn’t help me know when I’m paying way more than I should be. So called around and found someone else and called them back to cancel. Was sent the paperwork to cancel and then they still withdrew money from my account after they were no longer authorized. Then when I called them in regards to this was told oh no you hav

I LOVE THIS AGENCY MJ IS THE BEST!! She takes the best care of me and always is very professional and makes sure everything is taken care of and at the best rate possible!! Every time I call she helps me immediately and I cant ask for better :)

I used them several years ago for insurance on my vehicle. I no longer live in NWA but my son does. He's buying his first car on his own. Guess who I'm sending him to. They are a great and helpful staff that is easy to work with. It was a no-brainer for me.
