Reliable auto glass

This shop damaged my brand new 2025 vehicle during a windshield replacement. I dropped it off in perfect condition and got it back with the headliner cut and the dash sliced — damage that absolutely did not exist beforehand. Let that sink in: a shop doing a routine windshield job managed to permanently damage the interior of a new car. That’s not an accident — that’s careless, unacceptable workmanship. A windshield replacement should never involve knives touching interior trim, especially on a brand new vehicle. Now I’m left with interior damage on a 2025 car that should have never been touched that way in the first place. This is the kind of negligence that instantly destroys trust. Mr. Greg does wonderful work. He came to my job and was finished in about an hour. He was clean and professional. My camera still works wonderfully. Other places told me it would need recalibration, but that wasn’t true. Mr. Greg never had to unplug it. And let’s not talk about the reasonable PRICE! I was happy to pay him vs what others were going to charge. Thanks Mr. Greg!!

Mr. Greg is wonderful. His prices are the best on the market and he’s swift. He had a really great attitude coming up to do the job and after. Thank you, Mr. Greg! Edit: Mr. Greg came back to fix my mom’s windshield. I do not have another before picture but it looks great!

After my windshield repair, I started my car to find out that the tech did not reattach my camera covering. When I texted, he didn't reply. I called, and he called back. I told him of the issue, and he tried to tell me that it was already broken. That was a lie. I have a brand new suv(2 months old), that had 10 miles on it. After I told him this, he told me he wiuld come back out to fix the issue. I have not heard from this guy yet. Also, he left black smudge in and iutside of my vehicle. Also, there were glass fragments on my dashboard and floor boards.
