I went here to rent a U-Haul truck. Everything went great until this guy tries to charge me $150 cleaning fee. Luckily, I took a picture of the back before I left. I called him and tried to discuss it but he just wanted to dismiss everything I was saying trying to say the back was full of mud and it took him two hours to clean it. I called U-Haul and had a great conversation with them and I sent them the picture I had taken. I said to the representative, if you see mud in this picture, we can end this right now and I’ll accept the fee. She said no I don’t see anything. Very disappointed in the service at this location. This was not my first time renting a U-Haul and I know what the expectation is when returning. If there was mud, I would’ve cleaned it. Or if he was not satisfied, he should

U-Haul dealer. Easy and convenient pick up a drop off, safe and secure lock boxes. Very smooth transaction. Picked up just before opening and employee who arrived checked in with me to make sure all was OK. Highly recommended.

Jabbo took care of my tire when it started losing air. He was professional and courteous. I plan on utilizing his garage for all of our family’s vehicles repairs. A honest mechanic nearby. I highly recommend this business now that it’s in good hands. Thank you again.

I rented a u-haul and the owner was very nice. He explained the fees/charges and what to expect. He made the entire process very easy. I did have a discrepancy with the charge from u-haul which had nothing to do with him and he was very understanding, patient, kind, and honest!!! The matter was resolved. Overall, I am very happy with the service and pricing of this place. Would definitely recommend!
