Well this place is recommended by my insurance. Since the first time I came I had a really good impression. They have a really nice waiting area with a bathroom,water,coffee ,tv even little table for kids . Everyone is very professional. Is one of the benefits of my insurance that I find this place and completely recommend to everyone. Also the rate prices for oil change is better compare to other places so is worth it every penny you pay for it. They have everything here and car inspections too . I brought my car to Reliable Auto Repair because of a noise I wanted diagnosed and fixed. They told me it was due to bad front wheel bearings and charged me about $1,500 for parts and labor. After the repair, the noise was still there. They then said it was “residual noise” from unbalanced tires even though I explained my tires had just been balanced the day before. I had them rebalanced again and the noise continued. Discount Tire later found uneven tire wear as the real cause, and once I replaced the tires, the noise disappeared immediately. The shop never suggested checking tire condition before recommending a costly repair that did not solve my problem. I feel misled and disappointed in their diagnostic process, and I cannot recommend this shop based on my experience.

Reliable is as it’s name implies - reliable. I have had consistently good customer service and they have always responded quickly and courteously by phone or in person. Their services are fast, efficient, and offered at competitive fair prices. The last time I came they did a good job on my brake replacement. They have a very roomy waiting room, with model cars lining the top ledges below the skylight for kids to ooh and awe.
