Reliable Automotive & Industrial Radiator did my safety inspection, winter tire change, and some trailer work, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. They were fair and honest about what needed to be done, explained everything clearly, and never tried to upsell me on anything unnecessary. The work was done properly and on time, and their customer service was excellent—friendly, respectful, and easy to deal with. It’s hard to find a shop you can truly trust, but I feel confident bringing my vehicle and trailer here and will definitely be back

I can say it is a little intimidating finding a service provider for my car with so many locations out there From the get go I was at ease dealing with Reliable Auto. From the initial contact I made for information to the actual work done, I was pleased. They drove me home and picked me back up when work was done. 5 star service. Will definately go back.

Reliable Auto & Insdustrial Radiator is bar none a premium repair shop in the Soo...From when you walk in the door you are treated like family...really!!..Your made to feel at home and are treated professionally each and every time......its is a great place to take your vehilce knowing that the work to be done is necessary and at a fair price fo both Reliable and you the customer.. I am usually very hesitant to leave my vehicles with any repair shop but not with Reliable...I know that my vehicle if it is necessary to leave it to be worked on, my vehicle will be kept safe...with no sudden dings and/or scraps that were not there before i brought it in ! . Ken and his team are incredible! I will absolutely recommend them any time. Ken provided amazing customer service and went above and beyond my expectations. I had a blown out tire and he made calls to find me one and got me in last minute to help me out. I will be going to this shop for any service they offer moving forward. Amazing group of people.
