Ed was fantastic from the start. He got my car towed to his shop and kept me informed of the diagnosis and next steps throughout the process. The outcome was not what I wanted, new transmission needed but Ed was very honest about the options and situations which was appreciated. Would highly recommend if you need any repairs or for inspection. Won’t meet a nicer, more honest person.

A friend recommended this shop and I’m so glad he did. From the moment I waked in, the experience was (surprisingly) very pleasant. The ladies at the counter were great! They explained everything that was needed, and answered all my questions. And the bill was so much less than I’m used to at my regular shop (sorry Jeff!). I will definitely use them again, if im in the area again. A very unusual place: clean, friendly, and not pushy. I love it!

I had my car serviced at Reliable auto several times since my initial encounter. I found them on google search. The team was very professional and accommodating from the initial phone contact to the handling of the business. Liz, the owner and manager, was great ..she explained all details regarding needed repairs ..she went as far as video taping the parts/ area needed for repair. I had experiences where some mechanics take advantage of customers especially females. I had my alternator, power steering pump along with change of valve cover gasket for oil leak replaced, in addition to other work. Reliable auto will be my home for auto repairs. Really pleased with the level of service I received. Called in to ask about an ac compressor replacement, they gave me a written quote within the hour and told me they could order the part and have it ready the following day. Of the several places I called, they had by far the lowest quote, so I dropped the car off the next morning, and it was done by early afternoon despite the fact that I called them back and asked if they could also perform an alignment. Incredibly reasonable pricing, very friendly over the phone, extremely satisfied with the quality of work and will be bringing my car back here for my needs in the future. Would recommend.
