I had looked at a lot of vehicles on-line in the previous weeks. Few were as reasonably priced. When I met Victor on the phone, I was immediately impressed. He was prompt in returning messages. He mostly stuck to using email which I prefer. He worked hard to get me the necessary financing. I had plenty of time when I wanted it. But as I quickly as I made the necessary decisions. he jumped on the opportunity. He got me the truck that I wanted. Quickly and painlessly. My wife and I were on the hunt for a new to us car. One of the cars on our short list was at Victor's lot, even though we ended up buying from another dealer, from all the places that we visited, the vibe at Victor's lot was the best. He was super chill. Very communicative and open to us sending the car for a pre-purchase inspection or even having a mechanic come to his lot. It was refreshing in terms of the experiences. Many of us have had to go through shopping for a vehicle. Super nice guy, hopefully we can give him some business someday.

Found a 2013 Kia Sportage in great condition on car gurus so I contacted the dealer and was pleased to know that the vehicle was exactly as it was posted and wasn't just bait to get me to the dealership. Victor was amazing in handling all the paperwork and everything for us. Right from the get go he was honest and transparent with me. He even went above and had his body shop touch up some fading paint on the tailgate for me, at no cost. He exercised excellent communication with me and made this experience as smooth as possible. Made me and my family feel like valued customers! The car is great and even sold it to us at a price I couldn't turn down. I drove off that lot feeling very confident and comfortable with the whole transaction and not a feeling like I was taken advantage of.
