We had such a great experience buying our car with Jimmy! He was no pressure and really listened to what we wanted, making sure we stayed within our budget. He went above and beyond by helping coordinate our trade-in and supporting us with all the documentation for our new car. Everything was ready when we arrived, so the process was fast and easy without any waiting around. It was also nice to work with local people and feel seen as part of the community, not just a number or a sale. We felt comfortable, cared for, and confident in the whole process. Highly recommend!

I can't say enough on what great customer we received with Reliable Chevrolet. My husband and I had been looking for a new Tahoe and I found one on the internet that caught my attention. Our first opportunity to go look, we headed to Reliable Chevrolet. When we arrived, we realized they had already closed for the day. As our luck would have it, Mr. Jimmy Johnson was still on the property helping another customer. Mr. Johnson politely came over to us and introduced himself. He said they were closed but he was a salesman and could help us. He offered the keys to the Tahoe and told us to take it for a try. We did and we loved it. I told Mr. Johnson we had found it on the internet and after a few telephone calls, we agreed on a price. We were able to drive the Tahoe home and on Monday

We were just traveling through Selma when a belt in our RV engine started to make noises. Reliable was able to get us in, replace the belt and have us on our way quickly. Their service people were personable AND helpful.

Awesome staff! I especially thank Jonathon Owens for keeping me updating & noticing my tires also needed rotating & Jimmy Johnson for giving advise on transmission as well! The 2 in the back at the service desk are awesome as well, keeping me updated & provided overall quick service!

My mother and I worked with Jimmy Johnson and he has gone above and beyond to help us. I couldn’t have asked for anyone to be more involved. We talked on the phone everyday so he could find us exactly what we wanted. He even brought the car to Marion for me.
