Reliable Subaru

I drove into the service bay for my first oil change, and was greeted by a very helpful attendant, Danny. I ask him how to check my oil, I am brand new to Subaru, he popped the hood and gave me a quick run down. I have never had any dealerships service department do that for me. He made me feel very welcome to ask any questions and more confident in my choice to purchase a Subaru.

We bought our 5th Subaru here this week- named him Hoot!. 2026 Subaru Outback Wilderness. We had Cindy S. as our salesperson. The past 2 purchases with her have been so pleasant. She is low pressure, kind, easy to talk to, accommodating, and she knows these cars. We love Brian too. The finance people are just as good! I actually hugged the finance guy. Gone are the days of the pushy finance people which makes the experience so much better. We will continue to use this dealership and service department for as long as they keep up the great customer service.
