Hector was available to rescue me when I needed help. Several problems presented in trying to remove my car from garage. With locked brakes it was no easy feat. He calmly resolved each problem. Hector was very courteous and confirmed delivery of my car to the dealership. I hope I don’t need towing again but, if I do, he’s the one I’ll call

Hector has great communication and attentiveness. I had a specialty car that needed towing to the shop. He made sure he brought the right trailer for the low right height.

I called Hector and he was still willing to help out a family member in need and tried to coordinate the tow with me. I’ve never talked to a tow, truck driver, more kinder and ready and willing.! His communication is amazing. Even though things didn’t work out, I can tell you this is a good honest business.
