What an amazing car buying experience. Daniel Enlow was our salesman and whatever you are paying him isn’t enough. From beginning to end he covered every step very openly and efficiently. I don’t think I have ever had a car purchase go this smoothly. Matt in financing deserves just as much praise. We actually were there for an oil change on our current car which brings me to Roslyn in the service department. She kept us informed step by step. First off I'd like to say this isn't my first used car purchase but definitely my first getting totally and royally screwed over on a used vehicle purchase. In July 2025 I bought a '13 Ram 1500 with 116k miles, ran and looked good. Fast forward 5 months, 4000 miles and a oil change later, my check engine light comes on. We find there's oil in my radiator. My mechanic determined that there's was a crack in the oil cooling port that runs through the block. After more investigation we found out that they had already done a head gasket, valve cover gasket and added two different kinds of sealant into the motor and radiator to hide the problem. Warranty did us absolutely no good. Bronze package warranties hardly cover anything. Don't waste your money on the warranty and money buying a used vehi
