Reliable Transmission Services-Tx

2011 F650 with transmission problems. Ford dealerships let me down and wasted my time. Wanted to replace a whole transmission that I knew was OK. The guys at RTS got right on to my problem and solved it without replacement. They do know what they are doing. Highly recommended especially in the current business market where work ethic really lacking. Thumbs up.

If I could I'd give this place a quarter of a star. These guys are thieves. Experience was the experience of a mom and pop shop. Was charged twice for a diagnostic on the transmission cause they missed something. Had to bring the truck back the next day. Grand total $960 for an o ring replacement, sensor replacement, and wire extension. Do urself a favor go somewhere else.

These guys did a fantastic job turning our truck around in under a week! We were very pleased with their customer service and plan on using them in the future.

I thought I had a transmission issue . I spoke to Clark and he walked me through how to diagnose my problem and we discovered it wasn't a trans . problem . They could have just sold me a new transmission . Honesty and personal service go a. Long way . I will definitely be using them in the future .

These people are great honest people. Very impressed with helping me out with one of my units needing help with an electrical issue. Thanks again!
