Remate Auto Sales

Just trying to get you in and out. Customer service poor. Felt rush to make a purchase. I had concerns. What happens if it breaks down after I leave the the lot? I was told my husband is a mechanic he’ll look at it. Well my car broke down a month later, not even 1000 miles on it. I called to let them know what happened. They offered nothing, only told me to call the warranty number. I called the warranty to get a tow and they couldn’t find my information. But they find my bank account for monthly payments. Purchase at your own risk lemons come in all shapes and sizes

This was a very relaxed purchase. Stopped to look at a vehicle on the lot. They handed me the keys and left me to look and inspect myself.. when I had questions or concerns they were there to answer them. I had no money down and only a trade in with 230k miles on it and a low credit score.not only did I quality for the car I looked at, at my request.. they showed me other cars within my budget. They didn't push to sell me on anything or push me into something I couldn't afford. The moved the numbers around and were able to get me more out of my trade in/down payment...and got me a really good car.. with a 1 year extended warranty. 1st day owning the car I had coworkers asking were i went and i passed the word.. hope they get more business.. simple small family owned company not trying to

Scammers, stay away. They never transferred the title after the purchase was made, then threatened to put a lien on my car. They refused to transfer the title and claimed I didn’t pay them the sales tax for the car. Later they offer to reimburse me the sales tax only after I contacted the authorities( so did other buyers), which caused them to be investigated. See the photos for proof. The situation was so bad they had to temporarily close down the business. They are currently being investigated by DMV investigators and CA department of tax and fee administration for scamming buyers. Leaving a negative review is something I never do. However, I am saddened with how I’ve been blown off with my issue completely disregarded. I was referred to this dealership by my family, my brothers and my mother have all purchased cars from Remate. So last Feb I purchased my 2017 Kia Sportage from them.. all went well with the initial buying of the vehicle, customer service from Viviana was superb. I left a happy customer.. 3 days after the purchase my car battery died (while waiting my sons school pick up line).. luckily I have AAA and was told that the battery was only at 20% and that I would need to purchase a new one asap. I had such a great car buying experience with Remate Auto! I purchased my Nissan Pathfinder platinum with them and I am still over the moon with it! They were kind courteous and even drove out to me when I needed help! I would highly recommend them to anyone who is looking to buy their next vehicle.
