Because, honestly, I feel like a sitting duck as a woman alone at a gas station in the city, putting air in my tires. They are never judgy and always kind. The tire pressure warning light came on in my Volvo S60. Mattei Tire was able to take me immediately when I arrived. The leak was caused by dent in the wheel rim. I've had cracked rims twice before, so I wasn't surprised. They were able to bang out the dent and rebalance the tire. The price was very reasonable.
