The installation of the OPSIS camera system was completed very well. Operation of the system is somewhat complex and takes a while to learn. OPSIS support was very helpful.

I"ve been driving for over 50 yrs & have had my share of unexpected repairs but NEVER have I ever had a repair that was 2K+; a failure of the steering unit that set off 2 separate warning lights. This is just another example of just how far GM/Chevy has slipped in quality & dependability. I bought this '18 Colorado new and unfortunately have suffered through 6 bad experiences with it. I still get stared at at gas stations because it has to be filled via funnel, despite GM knowing of this issue since the '90s when it was first encountered. I've tried to maintain loyalty to GM/ Chevy over the years but any of that is now completely gone. I'm totally done with GM/Chevy & Renn Kirby dealership. Only positive has been dealing with service Tech Kevin Hankey who has always been very helpful &

Multiple times I've been to this dealership and multiple times it's been 3+ hours wait. This past time I simply asked if they could level my headlights(much too low) and an alignment along with an oil change. I was told by the rude service advisor(same guy in there everytime) that the headlights were maxed out and that the alignment was done. Too my surprise alignment clearly was not touched although $170 charge and I also got tired of not being able to see so I decided to check the lights myself. Not only were they not maxed out but I had more travel then I knew what to do with. Thanks to a YouTube video I leveled them myself. This was a $300+ dollar bill for an oil change!!!! Never again Renn Kirby!!!

Dropped car off on Tuesday afternoon for a Wednesday appt. At cold temps a few times car would not start was pretty sure was the battery. Dealer called on Wednesday late afternoon asking if could keep car until Thursday temp was supposed to drop over night wanted to see how it was the next morning. They should have just tested the battery and I would have gotten my car back on Wednesday. Got a call at 2pm on Thursday stating the battery did fail the test and would need replaced. Did not receive a call stating my car would not be ready that day, I got ahold of them at 4:40 pm and was told they wanted to keep it until morning that it hadn't been test driven yet. Now the Park assist does not work have an appt to take it back on 12/26. Not happy!!!

I was on vacation and 300+ miles from home. Then, the check engine light came on. The service department at Renn Kirby was very helpful. They found me a spot in their service schedule, repaired my truck and put me back on the road. The service was friendly and they finished the work ahead of schedule. Thank you so much for the exceptional service.
