Harold is very professional and he verified my vehicle and explained all things to be done. He change the front differential, valve cover gasket and O rings on the oil cooler. My Cayenne is running like a champ. Will definitely go back in the future. Highly recommended.

If I could give this place 0 stars, I absolutely would. They wanted to charge me $150 just for a vehicle diagnosis, which already felt excessive. Then they tried to sell me a brake vacuum pump that costs around $200, but their quote was almost $400 for the part plus $418 in labor. That pricing is completely unreasonable and way beyond what most honest shops would charge. The whole experience felt uncomfortable and untrustworthy. The costs kept adding up with little transparency, and I constantly felt like I was being taken advantage of instead of helped. I strongly recommend people get a second opinion before agreeing to any work here. Please be careful and don’t make the same mistake I did.

From the very first visit, the prices were outrageous. He charged $180 for a basic oil change, which should have been my first red flag.
