Good morning future renters. please take those negative reviews, on this business, with a huge grain of salt! I read them and almost cancelled my reservation. Fortunately, I decided to move forward. I picked up my rental yesterday and the process was painless. If it were an option, I would give them 10 stars! My vehicle is currently in the shop for repairs and I need something for work and everyday running around. I notified them of my eta and upon arrival I was greeted, welcomed into the office and they let me know that my rental was ready. Next, they checked my ID and I signed the contract. They promised a quick and easy return of my deposit, but weeks later, I’m still waiting. Every time I call, I get vague excuses and zero follow-through. It feels like they’re just trying to hold onto my money for as long as possible. Then there’s the issue of the car itself. The vehicle I received was poorly maintained. It was dirty, with visible wear and tear, and it made strange noises during my drive. I had serious doubts about its safety, and I didn’t feel comfortable taking it on longer trips. I had an absolutely terrible experience with this car rental company and would never recommend them to anyone. They seemed determined to make a profit at our expense, regardless of the quality of service. First, the car they initially gave us broke down shortly after we started driving, leaving us stranded and having to wait for assistance and made all work day messed up. The replacement car they provided was old and poorly maintained. When we complained, they reluctantly offered a third car, which was barely acceptable – but only if you don’t mind a car that feels like it’s on its last legs.
