FYI: I posted this over 2 years ago. I’m just so shocked at all the bad reviews I am seeing after this post! My post was lengthy to warn yall. & yall just didn’t listen. I’m sorry yall are experiencing the hell I’ve been going through. Lost most of my clients due to their distance. This company have me in shambles still to this day. August of 2022, things changed for my 5 kids & I. I started my own cleaning service back in 2019. I was able to save up to lease a vehicle to get around & make funds to provide for my family. A friend of mine referred a company called “Rent to Own Outlet”, she said she knew the owner well “Dj Silver”. I reached out & he got me in a vehicle. Everything was going well. For 2 whole years, I never missed a payment. I even got some fund’s unexpectedly & paid $3500

They sold me a SUV and the transmission went out the next day. They put it in the shop and a month later he said it was ready but I had to pay my car note first. I paid the note even tho I didn’t have my SUV. A week later the same thing happened again. He said I’ll put it in the shop again for you. When I called him 3 days later and asked for my $6000 back he told me my SUV was ready. I told him I just wanted my money back he said the SUV was good this time. So I said okay. I went to get it and then next day the lady in the office called me and said if I don’t make a payment they would come and get it. I woke up the next morning and my suv was gone. SCAM ALERT SCAM ALERRRRRRRTTTTTTT!!! Please never get a car from them lol save yourselves the trouble. Very very ghetto, sold me a car with NO a/c they fixed it once and it broke two weeks later. Car had a bad brake caliber. It was basically a lemon. I was paying 300$ a month for a car with NO A/c or brakes. Tried to repo me for no insurance but my car was stored in a garage . Once i got the insurance and updated them i pulled my car out of the garage and was still repossessed two whole weeks late WITH FULL COVERAGE INSURANCE. I was apparently repo'd for no insurance but i had insurance. When i called to retrieve my car no one answered the phone for hours I had to catch the bus to lapalco to speak to the evil lady who is behind all of this. She knew she was scamming me so she didn't charge

They will take your money with a smile on they face and WILL NOT DISCLOSE the real details of the vehicle. The cars are trash and way over priced! These people are scammers and unprofessional in a NUTSHELL…. Take time and shop around with a car company that care about they customers cause these folks does NOT!
