Rented a 2 man auger for only 1 day. Throttle cable broke before we could finish digging 20 holes. Got charged an additional $40 to replace the throttle cable upon returning it after it failed. I don’t mind paying for damage that I cause but I think it’s BS to pay for damage that was caused by poor maintenance by them. I’ve returned equipment with blown engines before and didn’t get charged at other companies. I will not use this company again.

Chase and his team went above and beyond! I purchased a hog of a lawnmower from this company at the first of the year. and the experience was above and beyond! Recently had a mechanical issue with it. Chase was on top of it! He personally came and picked it up and delivered it back to me! Great experience all the way around!!!! Top notch

Competitive prices on rental equipment but the equipment is not maintained well and parts department was extremely high on the Husqvarna part I needed , it was more than double the price I paid and was quoted from other local small engine repair businesses. As I walked out the man working the sale's counter was steadily telling the other worker's I was wrong and didn't know what I was talking about because I told him the price I was quoted from other businesses . Not a good way to get return business . All the other time's I have been there in the past the other employees were very helpful and professional.

Ima give you a 5 star. I know how reviews go. However I don’t like the way business was handled. Drove 40 miles to get a piece of equipment, website said open till 5pm, get there at 4:25 and was to I could not rent the equipment because they close at 4:30. So wasted time and fuel. As far as the equipment and all other aspects I can not speak on, but as a business owner I would have made arrangements or a way in that situation . Was not pleased

A simple carburetor rebuild used to cost me $35. The time I paid more than twice that cost! And to add insult to injury when we took it in, there were two guys at the counter, one was asleep on his hand and the other kept staring at the computer. When I finally got their attention the, the one sleeping never opened his eyes but told me where to go and when I got it round back they had to go find the mechanic. When he showed up he asked how he was supposed to get my tiller off of the back of my truck because he certainly wasn't going to lift it and take it down. Bad service.
