Definitely 5 stars! I had a very smooth- long rental with this location during few months Very fast and smooth check-in and check-out process. The manager and the staff are friendly, patient, as well as helpful. The car pickup/return is close to me the whole place is in a garage), so it’s very convenient if the car has any issue that you want to check with staff. Highly recommend for central New Jersey , Newark, east orange ,Jersey City area, and will certainly come back.

Excellent service!!! The person before left this car filthy and Jack of United Fleet Services went out of his way to make sure that I was comfortable. He was very quick to respond and very kind with the little issues I had. I had this car for just about a month, so that should tell everyone that I was pleased with this service. I will be definitely renting from them again.

Honestly, this being the first time I rented a car, it was smoothe, easy and affordable. Customer care was consistently available, with quick replies and assistance even 10pm at night. Really good for just cruising or out of town stops. Kind of obsessed now 👌 Jack &' Adam were a huge help! Adam finalized the process &' Jack got me through the unknown steps. Awesome sauce
