Terrible service and attitude, don’t go. I was misguided by Apple Maps after dark cause I was looking for King of Queens Auto and it was originally there and they haven’t updated it. There wasn’t a reception area and I had to search for a while to find a person in charge. I found Omar who was a chill guy and quoted me on the spot and I thought it was okay so I left it there. When I came back to pick up the next day, Omar or the technician or anyone who knows anything about the car was not there. There was no paper or photo record that showed the items were done, just a bossy guy tells me to take it and go. I tried to ask for record confirmation or maybe a technician go-through with a tool to check if all the items are done, especially the engine mount and the throttle body that I couldn’t

I had a very disappointing experience at this mechanic shop. The biggest problem is the owner’s behavior. He has a very bad attitude and clearly does not know how to speak respectfully with customers. Whether the customer is younger or older, he talks in a rude and unprofessional way. A business owner should know how to treat people politely, but unfortunately that is completely missing here. The service quality is also very poor. Even for a small repair, you have to visit the shop two or three times because the work is not done properly the first time. This wastes a lot of time and money. When you trust a mechanic with your car, you expect the job to be done correctly, but here the work feels careless and unfinished. Customer service is extremely bad. Worst place to go to they overfilled my car with oil they didn’t even check how much oil does my car takes. He just put 5 quarts instead of 3.7 now my car is leaking oil.
