Had a jeep liberty in the back of my house parked on a concrete slab. It’s a pretty tight turn for me getting my car in there. The wheels were locked up and the ignition was locked.This man in a snow storm was able to save the day and maneuver his tow truck and the vehicle to make it happen. 10/10 did what other services said they couldn’t do

Rescue 1 Towing LLC dumped a wrecked car on our lot. When I proceeded to tell the tow truck driver that he needed to move the vehicle and to move it to the correct place on our lot but he just said it was easier for us to move in than him. The vehicle will not start because it is wrecked in the front end, so it would not be easier for us to move it. He dumped the car in the Parts Section instead of in the Salvage section due to the amount of damage to the vehicle.

One of my guys got stuck in a ditch after the snow and ice storm while running a plumbing call. I was not able to tow them out with my truck, so I called a few towing company’s locally and they were either closed or had no trucks available at 6pm. Gave Rescue 1 a call and they answered the phone quickly. He was out on site within 15 minutes of our phone call. The amazing service he provided is unmatched, and he had to work through ice and snow on a hill. I will recommend them in the future and use them if one of my fleet ever get stuck!

Very professional and QUICK service! Despite my vehicle being stuck behind snow piles. He was very quick to get a plan to get my vehicle out. Highly recommend.

Absolutely amazing and professional. I waited 4 hours for another company. My insurance sent him to me. He called immediately, said he'd be there in 25 minutes. 22 minutes later my car was on it's way to the tire shop.
