My experience here was outstanding! The car was immaculate as was their shop. The customer service was top notch start to finish. My husband and I were involved in an accident over the state line in Delaware, 300 hundred miles from home. None of the national car rental agencies in the area had a car available. Mike and Jordan at Rescue Auto Rental came through with a car to get us home. Gina (an owner) allowed the totalled car to be left in their lot overnight until a tow back across the state could be arranged. Even in the returning of the vehicle, they went above and beyond. Gina accommodated us by meeting us after hours because the trip was so long. Thank you to all!

Shoutout to Ms. Jordan and everyone at Rescue Auto Rental! When our tire blew on the way home from vacation, things were looking pretty stressful and uncertain. We needed a rental quickly so we could go get a replacement tire mounted and get back on the road and they came through for us in a big way. From start to finish, the service was professional, accommodating, and genuinely caring. They made a tough situation feel manageable and treated us with patience and respect the entire time. I truly appreciate how they stepped up when we needed help most.
