I had a great experience with Ress. This was my first time needing more than an oil change or tires on my used BMW. So glad I found these guys. They replaced an ignition coil for me and identified a separate issue that I will return to have addressed soon. Fast turnaround time, honest assessment and very fair pricing. Officially my new BMW service shop.

We are on our third BMW with Ress (‘25 X5, ‘19 X3, and ‘16 330), and we will never go anywhere else. The entire team is kind, honest, thorough, and detail-oriented. They have always been upfront about pricing and turnaround time, even offering alternatives when a quote might be out of reach. I have never once felt surprised, overcharged, or pressured. Every time they have an opportunity to go the extra mile, they take it. I truly feel that they care about every single vehicle and customer that comes through their shop.

I can’t say enough good things about Ress Motor Works. They are, hands-down, the most reliable, honest and professional car shop I’ve ever dealt with and I highly recommend them. They don’t perform unnecessary services to rack up charges and pocket profits. They’re straight shooters and are also very knowledgeable. This is our go-to shop for our BMW.
