I'm so grateful to Shane and his team! While back in Bozeman for Thanksgiving, I hit a deer the Tuesday night before the holiday and in less than 24 hours, they had my van road-worthy and gave me advice on how I could handle the cosmetic repairs once I got back home. I thought I'd be lucky to be on the road by Saturday and to have it done so quickly when they were short-staffed and booked solid took a lot of stress off my shoulders. They didn't price gouge me either when they could have. Considering how this could have gone, this was a great experience.

I had a great experience with Rich over at this collision center. Rich was able to communicate clearly/efficiently and followed through with what he said he was going to do. There were a few more broken parts that were uncovered when they took off the damage parts of my truck (not too surprising) but these guys were able to get my vehicle done in such a fast turn around. I thought I was going to be waiting another week but it still was done on the day they said it was going to be. Most other collision centers take so much longer and is not ideal. I highly recommend seeing Rich and his team if you have any body work that needs attention.

Cal at Ressler Body Shop was outstanding! He sourced the Hyundai parts quickly, kept me updated, finished on time, and even accommodated an earlier pickup when my schedule changed. After pickup, he and the production manager met with me to answer a question and walk through everything. Best service I've had in Bozeman. Highly recommend Ressler Body Shop.

Quick, efficient service, the job, time it took and price were all exactly what I was quoted. They allowed me to bring my dog inside and everyone was very nice and played with him.

Quality of work is fine, despite customer service and professionalism completely disparaged that. I was originally quoted 5-7 business days for paint repair and minor damages repaired and over 5 weeks later with absolutely no communication, my father was able to get ahold of them. My car was returned filthy and full of dust from my doors being left off in the shop for more than a month. Felt like a fraternity house in there.
