I took my Audi Q5 to Retro Auto Works for an alignment and inspection, and they did a fantastic job. Communication was excellent—clear, responsive, and no surprises. The alignment was perfect (steering wheel centered, car tracks straight), and the inspection was thorough with helpful recommendations. After the closure of my previous trusted shop, I found Retro Auto Works about 2 years ago and the experience has been outstanding. Retro Auto Works is the truth. They are trustworthy, considerate, and polite. They answer questions without over complicated explanations, and make suggestions without feeling like its an upsell. The key drop is secure for drop off. The parking lot is organized and clean(no parts cars just sitting about). Scheduling has been quick, and its surprising the amount of work they can get done in a single day. They text when the work is complete and can communicate with text if thats what you're in to.

Awesome company that truly serves the people in their community!!! So glad I went to them for a 2nd opinion, and will continue to go there in the future. I can handle majority of my own automotive work, but I’d still choose Shane & Retro Auto Works. That should tell you everything about the level of trust and quality here in an industry that can often get a bad rap. They stand out for their honesty, transparency, pricing and quality workmanship!

Bmw brakes done. This place is the best! They are very detailed in their work and the communication through the process is spot on! I've been to many shops in the past, but this place is by far my favorite.
