I reached out with a small issue, but it turned out to be the best customer service experience I’ve ever had. They truly went above and beyond to help me, even promised to call me back, and they actually did! I encourage everyone to reach out and support this wonderful small business, they genuinely earn it!

Jay lied from the start. I asked if he had a part in stock and he said yes in his warehouse. After paying for it and the money coming out of my account I didn’t hear from him, two days later I ended up calling and he said he had to check if he ordered it yet because didn’t know if he had enough for free shipping. Who gets free shipping from your own warehouse. Ended up taking 12 days after ordering it to get my part. I ended up paying $30 more than I could have got it from any where else too. He charged $15. For USPS on a small flare rate box. Would never use him again.

Jay went far and beyond what could ever have been expected. I only had one day window to be able to complete a repair and NO ONE local had needed part. Fastest local business could get it to me was 7 days. When he didn't have part he took it upon himself to find someone who did. Stayed in constant communication with me and I received the part the next day. Awesome customer service!

Jay went above and beyond to help me find a reasonably priced backrest for my dads street glide. I can't thank him enough for his kindness. The day before a holiday when everyone else is closed he searched high and low for me. I highly recommend talking to him. Thank you, Jay!

Rob helped me out on my charging issues on my 57 and everything works perfectly after he converted my genny to 2-brush and installed his electronic relay that fits under the original cut-out cover. He knows his stuff on electrical issues for sure. Thanks Rob.
