Reunion Car Care

Just stopped in yesterday. My 2019 Infiniti QX 80 suddenly decided to not start. Took the vehicle to Reunion Car Care and although unannounced, the owner “dove in”. Turned out that I had to leave it overnight. It was definitely an electrical issue which can be dicey (even for the best mechanics). They got me back up and running but as it’s a 7 year old vehicle I’m realistic enough to understand that like a Doc, mechanics are only “practicing” and doing the best they can. They were very reasonably priced and my hope is that the repair will hold for the long term! IF not, I wouldn’t hesitate to return. They were upfront and honest which is all you can ask. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them and I’m 1500 miles from home.

My son brought his car in for just a diagnostic check because it was not starting. Not only did they do the diagnostic check but without consulting my son, they put a new sensor in his car and tried to charge him for it. When my son told him he didn't ask for that to be put in. All he needed was a diagnostic, the mechanic that did it cursed him out in the lobby. Then tried to charge him for it anyway. He also told my child that it was not an electrical problem and that he had to listen to him because he's a mechanic. Turns out it it was an electrical problem and the mechanic was completely wrong the entire time. He has a temper and he was incorrect about the diagnostic. He tried to charge my son work that he didn't ask to get done and then cursed him out in the lobby when he said I didn't

I just picked my Durango up from reunion car Care and although I did not have an appointment today they were able to squeeze me in and diagnose my vehicle before the afternoon was over. The price for diagnostic and the repair was very reasonable and fair. The lovely woman that talked to me was very kind and patient with me . Best mechanic I've been to and my (husband is a mechanic ) . Thank you so much I will be back here again.

Reunion Car Care was amazing, we were traveling through and had a major car concern. They opened on time and did us a huge favor and diagnosed our car. John and his colleague Javeer were very KIND, RELIABLE and HONEST. It was an electrical glitch, they rebooted the computer system and did not charge us a penny. We appreciate it a lot. After 2 estimates, both totaling around $1100.00 each; I asked a person who's car I dented to get one more estimate. I choose Reunion Care Care and asked the gentleman to take it for one more estimate. Although I was educated on the different methods for doing the repair; Reunion was the ONLY one that choose the least costly way to do the repair correctly. The first two estimates were costly because they choose to remove items and replace items that were unnecessary to replace or remove but added more profit to their bottom line. Things like removing and replacing the bumper as well as replacing the whole headlamp which costs almost $500.00 by itself!...I've attached a pic of the damage and a redacted copy of the first estimate for reference.
