I wouldn't let this shop work on my bicycle after the experience I've had. I spent $9000.00 at this shop in hopes of having some performance work done. When I picked up the truck it was backfiring. The cause was a cracked Spark plug. They didn't install AC Delco spark plugs per my request. Instead they installed NGK and I found they were all gapped at .60 instead of the correct gap of .45. I corrected this issue myself. New trans pan they installed is seeping (see picture). The mechanic left a header bolt hanging out not tightened down (see picture). I fixed it myself. On my first trip pulling my trailer the exhaust bolts holding the exhaust pipe to the header fell out on the driver side and all the exhaust bolts at the header collector on the passenger side had loosened up. After the Third time Around having my Truck in the shop at Rev, My initial issue is still not resolved. They charged me an arm and a leg, The morning after picking up my truck, I came out to Radiator fluid pouring out from the bottom. After spending almost 5 grand, I called to let them know the issue and they still charged me $400 for that Repair. My initial problem it’s still not taken care of. I actually have more issues now than I did in the beginning before ever dealing with Rev.

I was really hoping I wasnt going to have to make this kind of review but my lug nuts being cross-threaded and breaking my lug studs I can't not. Came in for ps pump, valve cover, ac compressor/condenser fuca etc. After having my car for a month went to get the car and it had a new vsc light and check engine (they broke a sensor for my cam timing) the "tech" came to look with the computer and he popped the hood and I had absolutely NO coolant he acted as it was no bigge... Zero chance my valve covers got done was left more dirty than I brought it in! Also my ac drips crazy now and still takes a hour to cool the car!

They have been patient with me, as I tried to be with them with the situation, and they have done amazing fixing my car. Not once, but twice! Customer service is outstanding. Thanks Rev!

This place is like a diamond in the hell hole that is Odessa. If you know, you know just how hard it is to find a decent shop around here. I can't speak for any of their other services since I came for an alignment but I can say I was definitely impressed by their showroom and their equipment, which to me looked CLEAN and up to date. I've been to a few shops around here, tell me who has a cleaner showroom. I have a lowered BMW M4 and I really appreciated the fact that their alignment station is actually on the floor. There's no ramps to get up there meaning NO DAMAGE!
