Did an amazing job! Battery was better and cheaper than like a million auto stores. They even installed it in my car after I purchased. Seriously love this store. Came from Peoria to get a battery here it was so worth the drive. Christian worked on my car and im a little bit of a car person myself so I could tell he was doing everything right and making sure i didn’t leave until it was right. I appreciated him asking for assistance when needed as well. I work customer service and felt very well taken care of. Thank you Christian and Rexx!

Service is OK when you put the battery in but when the battery fails and you have to put a new battery in somewhere else, there’s no service highly recommend you not buy a battery or do business with this unless you like waste of money on batteries and they don’t honor their warranty. I don’t like slamming small businesses, but this is why small businesses fail. Your battery is not guaranteed to die when you live in Springfield,, it might die when you’re in St. Louis or Chicago and then you have to buy a battery but then when you come back here you’re just told sorry nothing we really can do for you. We’re a local company you’re better off behind a battery from Walmart Napa O’Reillys any place but here. So take that into consideration the next time you need a battery, you better hope that

I’ve been here a couple times now with only good things to say, but today was especially notable as Thomas and the rest of the team were handling a line almost out of the door, as well as constantly ringing phones, while still demonstrating great customer service and communication throughout the visit. It was certainly appreciated considering how many people needed help during the freezing weather. Thanks!

They are all so nice! Had my battery replaced in my van. In and out in less than 30 min. Price was the best I’d found after looking around and the service was great.

Was in and out fast. Had to get a new battery for my harley. Some older lady was assisting me. Not sure what her name was but she was very polite and knew exactly what she was talking about. Highly recommend this place to anyone!! Got the motobatt brand and it works very good. I'll be going here for any other battery I ever need in the future.
